About the Role

Maslow Media Group is recruiting a part-time Video Production Coordinator on behalf of our client, a U.S. self-regulatory organization headquartered in Washington, DC.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior- to mid-level production professional who is organized, adaptable, and eager to support video projects from planning through final delivery. Recent graduates with degrees in film, television, multimedia, communications, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

This is an onsite position in Washington, DC. The office is metro accessible. This is a part time contract position expected to last at least 6 months working up to 25 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable coordinating schedules, maintaining production documentation, managing digital assets, and assisting with studio and remote productions. This position requires on-site availability and flexibility based on production needs.

What You'll Do

  • Manage production schedules in Outlook based on notes and direction from producers and directors.
  • Create and maintain production documents for video programs and other projects.
  • Gather, organize, track, and manage production assets for the video team.
  • Coordinate with the Director to deliver final reports, project files, MP4s, MP3s, and related materials to internal business units.
  • Maintain Video Hive tickets, including updating, tracking, and assigning requests to production team members.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures and production documentation under the guidance of the Director and Senior Producer.
  • Coordinate on-set logistics for studio and remote productions.
  • Book production crews in collaboration with the Director and Senior Producer.
  • Provide hands-on production support as needed, including serving as a Production Assistant, teleprompter operator, or in other on-site support roles.
  • Perform additional production and administrative duties as assigned.
