The Den, within the Office of Civic and Cultural Engagement, serves as a welcoming hub that connects students to campus resources, leadership opportunities, and meaningful engagement experiences. We foster an inclusive environment where students from all backgrounds can learn, celebrate, and appreciate the rich cultural diversity of the College of Southern Nevada community while building connections that promote belonging, civic responsibility, and student success.
We are searching for detail-oriented and motivated students for the following positions:
  • The Den Assistant (experience with graphic design preferred)

Position Description
  • Managing the day-to-day utilization of the Den, sharing resources, and demonstrating exceptional service to our diverse campus community
  • Help execute on-campus events, info-meetings and classroom visits
  • Assist walk-in students
  • Create, publish, and monitor social media content across different platforms
  • Assist with the creation and send newsletters or announcements
  • Attend, take photos, record, and/or live stream events
  • Additional duties as assigned
