Job description

WiSC Enterprises is seeking a highly accomplished Senior ISR and Systems Engineering Advisor to lead strategic technical efforts across data architecture, cloud engineering, video processing, and enterprise mission integration. The ideal candidate brings a deep foundation in systems engineering, ISR operations, rapid prototyping, and full life-cycle acquisition support, with demonstrated success in architecting innovative solutions in cloud and hybrid environments.


  • Serve as senior advisor on systems engineering efforts, including requirements definition, architecture design, and lifecycle support for complex enterprise systems.
  • Lead the development and deployment of data-centric architectures such as Mission Data Lakes, Vector Warehouses, and Machine Learning spaces.
  • Support testing and validation efforts across classified platforms and multi-domain cloud environments.
  • Provide acquisition strategy and documentation support including requirements definition, engineering documentation, and technical evaluations.
  • Lead rapid prototyping efforts and limited objective events, facilitating the transition of emerging technologies from concept to operational use.
  • Design and advise on streaming architectures and cross-domain solutions, including metadata standards and full-motion video exploitation frameworks.
  • Support stakeholder engagement, executive briefings, and interagency coordination for integrated technical programs.
  • Mentor junior analysts, engineers, and acquisition professionals in ISR systems, engineering best practices, and program governance.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • 10-15 years of experience across ISR operations, systems engineering, and acquisition program support.
  • Expertise in full-motion video, sensor integration, streaming data architecture, and metadata standards development.
  • Proven track record leading multi-agency technical teams and managing complex system-of-systems environments.
  • Excellent technical writing, briefing, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • TS/SCI with POLY is required to start

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with cross-domain solutions, adaptive bitrate streaming, and MISB standards.
  • Background in NATO ISR coordination or multinational intelligence operations.
  • Familiarity with rapid prototyping methodologies and performance evaluation processes.
