Position Summary:

The Manager, Video Post-Production is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end workflow, execution, and delivery of video content across digital, social, and global campaign initiatives. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, production, and finance to ensure high-quality, on-brand content is delivered on time and within budget. The position plays a critical role in managing post-production processes, optimizing workflows, and driving operational efficiency while maintaining the highest creative standards.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:

  • Lead scheduling, trafficking, and execution of video post-production process, including editing, color grading, VFX, animation, audio, and final delivery.
  • Manage post-production workflows from pre-shoot through final asset delivery, ensuring alignment across creative, project management, and marketing teams.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Video Post Production and Director of Post-Production to align creative vision with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelance talent; negotiate pricing, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Creative, Fashion Office, Legal, Marketing, Finance) to review, approve, and finalize assets.
  • Ensure all content meets brand standards through review of color, retouching, and final output quality.
  • Manage music supervision, licensing, and rights clearance processes.
  • Develop and maintain production budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking in partnership with Finance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and support scalability.
  • Provide creative problem-solving solutions to address challenges related to timelines, budgets, and resource constraints.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience:

3-5+ years of experience in video post-production within advertising, fashion, or media environments; agency and in-house experience preferred.

Education:

Bachelors Degree required

Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of post-production processes including editing, color grading, VFX, animation, and audio finishing.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
  • Ability to assess creative output (color, retouching, visual quality) at a high standard.
  • Process-driven mindset with the ability to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Pay Range:$104,500---$141,200PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement.
