Your Opportunity, Your Team

  • The Paid Social and Video Specialist supports Cornerstone Brands (Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Grandin Road, Garnet Hill), and scales Paid Social and Video Marketing across channels such as Paid Social, Connected TV, and YouTube, aligning with go-to-market strategies for our Brands. You will report to the Senior Manager of Paid Social and Video.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is hybrid. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. Preferred locations include: Cincinnati, OH, Atlanta, GA, or Boston, MA.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate paid social and video campaign execution to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth.

  • Support campaign ideation and execution across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Connected TV, and YouTube; analyze performance and apply data-driven insights to maximize ROI.

  • Partner with external agencies to design and execute tests, measure and report on campaign performance, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Partner with creative, analytics, and merchandising teams to plan and execute integrated campaigns.

  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep Cornerstone Brands at the forefront of digital marketing.

  • Drive customer acquisition and lifetime value, optimizes campaign performance, and coordinates video execution to deliver measurable results.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 1+ years of experience in paid social and video marketing, with a proven track record in acquisition and performance optimization.

  • Experience in campaign management across major social platforms and video channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Connected TV).

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
