Job description

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking attentive and reliable Video Monitoring Operators to support a securityfocused client in Birmingham, AL. This role plays a key part in maintaining safety and situational awareness within a warehouse environment by monitoring live camera feeds and documenting activity. Ideal candidates are detailoriented, focused, and comfortable working with computer systems and surveillance software.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor multiple live surveillance camera feeds throughout the facility
  • Observe, identify, and report suspicious activity or security concerns
  • Maintain accurate incident reports and communication logs
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
  • Follow all established security procedures and protocols
Qualification
  • Previous security monitoring, surveillance, or warehouse environment
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with surveillance software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email communication
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused for long periods
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
Compensation & Schedule
  • Pay Rate: Starting at $15.25 per hour
