Multimedia Interns at Rodale Institute serve as digital storytellers, capturing and sharing the impact of regenerative organic agriculture and the connection between soil health and human health. This internship focuses on creating, editing, and producing engaging digital content—including video, graphics, and audio—to support the Institute’s Communications and Marketing teams.
The Multimedia Intern will assist in developing content that highlights Rodale Institute’s research, education, and consulting initiatives across social media and web platforms. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in storytelling, content creation, and brand development.
Interns must be comfortable working in both agricultural field and professional office environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Produce, edit, and publish video, graphic, and photo content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Video Production: Assist with filming, shooting, and editing video projects, including creating BROLL packages of RAW footage.
  • Graphic Design: Develop high-quality visual assets for social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Content Management: Organize, archive, and upload content to the Institute’s digital library.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members in both in-person and virtual settings, and coordinate with departments to ensure timely content production.
