The Manager, Video Investment will help to deliver our clientsโ€™ business objectives through bespoke and insight rooted video programs. Managers will steward media purchase development and implementation, including ongoing and insightful performance reporting and optimization recommendations to maximize return on investment. They will be tasked to manage up to Director level and supervise the Associates and Senior Associates day-to-day activities making sure that their growth as video media professionals is of utmost importance.

Responsibilities

Process Focused

  • Oversee the buying & implementation of Video campaigns, coordinating internal resources, setting best practice(s), and working on planning frameworks
  • Promote and ensure that Video investments are being maximized and benefits are being delivered to our clients
  • Establish timetables for development of Video executions and manages expectations on deliverables

Analytical Thinker

  • Create and articulate clear performance metrics and develop associated reports that measure KPIโ€™s
  • Analyze historical and current campaign results to optimize learning and ensure continuous improvement
  • Process and analyze competitive media activity in the marketplace

Challenger of the Norn

  • Challenge the norm and seek out innovative approaches to execute media across video partners/platforms
  • Take nothing at face value and push partners to elevate and innovate programs, creating first-to-market experiences
  • Ability to connect programs to drive impact and ensure maximized asset utility

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing, and media
  • Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience
  • Knowledge of the dynamics of media
  • How each media element performs alone, how they perform together, and how they are constantly changing
  • Understanding of the skills and functions of the Investment side of the business, as well as the Strategic Business Unitsโ€™ competencies
  • Prioritize and multi-task effectively and formulate solutions
  • Understanding media data sources in terms of what is measured, the method, and information reported
  • Strong written skills
  • Write clearly and concisely and present orally in an articulate and confident manner

$50,000 - $95,000

Omnicomโ€™s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
