Coaching responsibilities:

Organizing and running matches between schools:

---Coordinating with coaches and executive members through discord

---Staying up to date on information from the IAHSEA

---Knowing and enforcing match rules

---Attending IAHSEA meetings

---Fielding a team for the scheduled match

Organizing and running practices:

---Knowing how the game functions. I don't expect a coach to be able to play the game competitively, but they should know what competitive play looks like. 

---Structure practices to learn, not to play.

---Communicate with students and parents about seasonal information

Technology applications necessary for coaching:

Discord - IAHSEA communication, match comms

Bound - Player/parent communication, game results

LeagueOS - Data entry for stat tracking and scheduling** colleges scout using this info

Launcher for the Title being played (Epic/Steam/GOG)

Note: Helpful but not necessary - OBS, Streamdeck, YouTube Studio

Hours: 3:45 - 5:15 M/W/T/TH/F - Fall (Aug - Nov) Winter (Nov - Feb) Spring (March -May) State competition is in Marshalltown each season - 1-2 days (if applicable)
