In this role you will :
  • Work with senior management across game teams and publishing to develop a player-centric ecosystem.
  • Translate stakeholders' needs per game project into features and solutions that best serve their unique player base. 
  • Own the product vision and strategy for key platform and community features, grounded in player needs and long-term engagement goals that align with overall business objectives. 
  • Lead end-to-end product development and work closely with a dedicated cross-functional team, from discovery, design, stakeholder alignment, delivery, experimentation, to iteration. 
  • Champion a strong experimentation culture across the organization, including hypothesis-driven development, A/B testing and rigorous analysis of results. 
  • Be the voice of the player by combining market insight, player data, and community feedback to refine priorities and roadmap, and to ensure customer needs are always at the centre of decision-making.  
What we're looking for :
  • 8+ years in a Product Management related field, including 2+ years in a leadership role, ideally within consumer platforms or large-scale digital products, for mass-audience platforms with strong community or social component.
  • Strong data literacy, with hands-on experience using metrics, dashboards, and A/B testing to inform decisions.  
  • Experience forming and leading small, cross-functional teams. 
  • A high-ownership, can-do mindset - comfortable wearing many hats and encouraging others to do the same. 
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and in making sound decisions with imperfect information.  
  • Strong player empathy, curiosity and a desire to better understand customer needs and behaviours.  
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align multiple groups of stakeholders around a clear direction. 
Dans ce role tu devras :
  • Collaborer avec la direction et les equipes jeux ainsi qu'avec l'edition (publishing) afin de developper un ecosysteme centre sur les joueureuses;
  • Traduire les besoins des parties prenantes en fonctionnalites et solutions adaptees a leur base de joueureuses;
  • Definir et porter la vision et la strategie produit pour des fonctionnalites cles de plateforme et de communaute, pour repondre aux besoins des joueureuses et des objectifs d'engagement a long terme;
  • Piloter le developpement produit de bout en bout en collaborant avec une equipe dediee et plurisdisciplinaire: decouverte, design, alignement des parties prenantes, livraison, experimentation, puis iteration;
  • Promouvoir une culture forte de l'experimentation a l'echelle de l'organisation : developpement guide par des hypotheses, tests A/B, et analyse rigoureuse des resultats;
  • Etre la voix des joueureuses en combinant connaissance du marche, donnees joueureuses et retours de la communaute, pour ajuster les priorites et la feuille de route, afin de garantir que les besoins des joueurs restent au centre des decisions;
Ce que nous recherchons :
  • 8+ ans d'experience dans un domaine lie a la gestion de produit, dont au moins 2 ans dans un role de leadership, idealement sur des plateformes grand public ou des produits numeriques a grande echelle, avec une forte composante communautaire ou sociale;
  • Solide culture data, avec une experience pratique des metriques, dashboards et tests A/B pour orienter les decisions;
  • Experience dans la constitution et le pilotage de petites equipes pluridisciplinaires;
  • Fort sens de la responsabilite (ownership) et etat d'esprit oriente solutions : a l'aise avec le fait de porter plusieurs casquettes et d'encourager les autres a faire de meme;
  • Capacite a etre efficace dans des environnements rapides, mouvants et ambigus, et a prendre de bonnes decisions avec une information imparfaite;
  • Forte empathie envers les joueureuses, curiosite, et envie de mieux comprendre les besoins et comportements client;
  • Excellentes competences en communication et en collaboration, avec la capacite d'aligner plusieurs groupes de parties prenantes autour d'une direction claire;
