We grade, authenticate, vault, and sell millions of record-setting collectibles, all while modernizing and digitalizing the process to further our mission of helping collectors pursue their passions. We're always on the lookout for talented people to join our growing team.

Our services span collectible trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, event tickets, and memorabilia. Our subsidiaries include PSA, PCGS, Beckett, SGC, and Card Ladder.

Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 3000 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana, California and offices in New Jersey, Texas, Florida, Japan, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Canada, Mexico, Germany, and France.

As part of our interview process, we request that candidates have their cameras on during video interviews. This helps foster meaningful conversation and allows us to create an experience that closely resembles our standard working environment. Certain interview steps may take place by phone. For remote roles, and at our discretion, candidates may be asked to participate in an on-site interview as part of the final stages of the process.

We understand there may be occasional circumstances requiring accommodation and are happy to discuss them as needed. Your recruiter will be able to clarify expectations and answer any questions you have.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive execution across GTM and product marketing initiatives for our TCG and Pop Culture grading categories, including Pokemon, comics, magazines, and video games. This role is responsible for bringing strategy to life and owning campaign execution, product launches, partner activations, and day-to-day performance optimization. This individual should have strong familiarity with the TCG ecosystem (especially Pokemon) and a deep understanding of collector behavior, paired with the ability to operate with speed, precision, and cross-functional coordination.

You'll report to the Senior Director of PSA Marketing and work from our Santa Ana or Jersey City office. Remote or hybrid candidates will also be considered. We believe that there is significant value in in-person collaboration. If you live within a 1 hour commuting distance to one of our offices, you will be required to be onsite most of the time. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.

What You'll Do:

  • Execute integrated GTM campaigns across digital, lifecycle, partnerships, and community channels

  • Support end-to-end product launches, including timelines, asset development, channel orchestration, and post-launch optimization

  • Translate strategic briefs into clear execution plans with defined deliverables and deadlines

  • Manage campaign calendars and ensure alignment across internal teams

Product Marketing Support

  • Support development and refinement of product positioning, messaging, and value propositions

  • Work directly with cross-functional teams to develop marketing assets (emails, landing pages, social, paid media, etc.)

  • Partner with Product and Operations to ensure accurate and timely communication of product updates

Category Execution (TCG / Pop Culture)

  • Maintain strong awareness of TCG trends, release cycles, and collector sentiment-especially within Pokemon

  • Execute against key moments in the TCG calendar (set releases, events, market spikes)

  • Support expansion efforts across comics, magazines, and video games through targeted campaigns

Performance & Optimization

  • Track and report on campaign performance (conversion, submissions, CAC, engagement)

  • Identify optimization opportunities and implement test-and-learn strategies

  • Maintain dashboards and reporting to inform ongoing GTM improvements

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a central execution hub across Product, Growth, Creative, Brand, and Ops teams

  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across stakeholders

  • Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of all marketing initiatives

Who You Are:

  • 4-7+ years in Marketing, Product Marketing, or GTM roles

  • Strong knowledge of TCG, with a preference for hands-on experience in Pokemon and card collecting

  • Proven ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
