Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain expertise in Affordable Care Act (ACA) regulations and stay up to date on regulatory changes.Create and submit change requests to ensure reporting systems comply with government filing requirements.Own the end-to-end ACA filing process by preparing, generating, and submitting all required ACA files, reports, and supporting documentation on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with federal reporting requirements.Provide customer support by responding to client questions via phone and email regarding ACA processing.Work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate ACA processing.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Adhere to all department and company standard operating procedures.Project a professional and positive image as a company representative by providing thorough assistance to associates, clients, and third parties.Assist with special projects during non-peak seasons.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills and ExperienceStrong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to research complex questions, evaluate information from multiple sources, and communicate clear, accurate information that enables clients to make their own informed decisions.Proven ability to provide top-level support to customers and associates.Superior organizational skills, comfortable multitasking, and working both independently and effectively as a team member.High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
