Position Responsibilities

  • Help create engaging training materials, including classroom, e-learning and video content for Uline's sales team.

  • Partner with subject matter experts and conduct research to create clear, effective learning experiences.

  • Build your instructional design skills working with industry-leading learning and content development tools.

  • Develop support resources such as product knowledge assessments, job aids and training communications.

  • Attend sales meetings and trainings to identify learning needs and future topic opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree. A great opportunity for recent grads!

  • Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
