About the team TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe. About the Role We are seeking a Gaming Creator Agency & Ecosystem Manager to help scale TikTok's gaming creator ecosystem in the U.S. This role sits at the intersection of creator growth, agency partnerships, publisher-led activations, and ecosystem operations, with a focus on scaling creator supply, improving cross-format content performance (LIVE + short video), and unlocking monetization opportunities across the gaming vertical. The key responsibility of the role is to drive scalable gaming creator supply, content output, and monetization efficiency through an agency-led growth model. You will work closely with gaming creator agencies, game publishers, and internal cross-functional teams to build a sustainable, high-performing gaming creator ecosystem. Responsibilities: 1. Creator Recruitment & Ecosystem Growth. - Own end-to-end gaming creator recruitment through agency partnerships; - Identify, onboard, and scale high-potential gaming creators across a variety of gaming content formats; - Develop and execute category-specific growth strategies with agencies (by game, genre, and content format); 2. Agency & Partner Management. - Manage day-to-day relationships and communications with gaming-focused creator agencies; - Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners on TikTok gaming policies, tools, and best practices; - Partner with agencies and game publishers on creator and content campaigns, in-game events, and cross-format activations; - Design and execute creator campaigns based on publisher activations, ensuring strong alignment with content strategy and performance goals; 3. Creator Education & Content Strategy. - Design and deliver training programs for gaming creators and agency partners; - Provide ongoing and scalable performance feedback to improve content quality, consistency, and output across formats; 4. Monetization & Performance Management. - Drive creator monetization through LIVE gifting, platform incentives, and publisher-led campaigns; - Track and optimize performance across gaming content formats (views, engagement, revenue); - Partner with agencies to set goals, track performance, and ensure accountability; 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Key Strategy Alignment. - Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to align on gaming vertical growth priorities; - Ensure clear ownership and execution across agency, publisher, and internal stakeholders; - Support OKR planning and execution to ensure full coverage of creator growth and content ecosystem needs; 6. CN Support & Issue Management. - Establish a structured intake and tracking process for agency support requests, prioritizing issues to ensure timely resolution; - Identify recurring issues and develop SOPs to improve efficiency and resolution speed; - Serve as liaison between agencies and product teams by consolidating feedback on tools, features, and policies, and clearly communicating needs and proposed solutions;

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88920 - $209380 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
