CONTENT CREATOR FOR CLINE'S HEATING AND AIR

JOB SUMMARY:
We're looking for a creative, driven, and highly self-motivated Content Creator to capture and tell the story of Cline's Heating and Air and the personal brands of our ownership team. This is a hands-on, full-spectrum creative role for someone who thrives behind the camera, in front of the editing screen, and in the middle of the action. You'll shoot, edit, and publish content that builds our brand, drives engagement, and positions Cline's as the undisputed leader in the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene HVAC market.
This role is responsible for creating and publishing reels, photos, and carousels across all major social platforms, supporting brand consistency across every customer touchpoint, and producing branded company materials including brochures, SOPs, and marketing collateral. You'll work in close partnership with our Marketing Director to bring campaigns to life and represent the company at home shows, community events, and team activities where content opportunities live.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation & Social Media:
  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) for Cline's Heating and Air and the personal brands of ownership.
  • Capture high-quality photos and video footage on jobsites, in the office, at events, and behind the scenes.
  • Produce and publish carousels, static posts, and stories across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain a consistent posting cadence and content calendar in partnership with the Marketing Director.
  • Stay current on platform trends, audio, and content formats—and move fast to capitalize on them.
  • Write engaging captions and copy that align with brand voice and drive engagement.

Branding & Marketing Collateral:
  • Design and produce branded company documents, including brochures, flyers, sales sheets, SOPs, and internal marketing material.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets, templates, and customer-facing materials.
  •  Develop and refine brand guidelines as the company and ownership brands grow.
  • Create graphics for digital ads, email campaigns, web content, and print materials as needed.
  • Organize and maintain a digital asset library of photos, videos, logos, and templates.

Personal Brand Support:
  • Build and execute content strategies for the personal brands of the ownership team.
  • Capture and produce content that positions ownership as industry leaders, community figures, and trusted experts.
  • Coordinate with ownership to schedule shoots, identify content opportunities, and align with their voice and goals.
  • Occasional travel to capture content.

Events & Field Work:
  • Represent Cline's at home shows, community events, trade shows, and company activities—capturing content and supporting event execution.
  • Assist with booth setup, signage, giveaways, and on-site promotional materials at events.
  • Capture team culture moments at company BBQs, hunting trips, and team outings to support recruiting and brand storytelling.

Marketing Team Support:
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to support campaigns, launches, and ongoing initiatives.
  • Assist with website updates, blog content, email marketing, and other marketing functions as needed.
  • Track content performance and contribute insights on what's working and what to test next.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver on time with strong attention to detail.

Leadership & Accountability:
  • Take full ownership of the quality, consistency, and timeliness of all content produced.
  • Bring fresh ideas, pitch concepts, and proactively identify content opportunities across the business.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to setting the standard.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven portfolio of content creation work across video, photo, and graphic design (skill matters more than years).
  • Strong videography and photography skills—mobile, mirrorless, or DSLR—with a sharp eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
  • Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms, formats, and best practices.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging captions, headlines, and short-form copy in brand voice.
  • Ability to design clean, professional branded documents (brochures, SOPs, sales sheets, etc.).
  • Comfortable being on jobsites, in the field, and at events—willing to get hands dirty to get the shot.Highly organized with strong project management skills—able to juggle multiple deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a creative mindset, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, install, ownership, and the Marketing Director.
  • Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends for events and shoots.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
