• Conduct individual therapy sessions primarily through video conferencing, providing personalized therapeutic interventions based on client needs.
• Manage your schedule independently, coordinating appointments with pre-screened clients, allowing for a balanced caseload.
• Utilize established case management protocols to track client progress, intervene as necessary, and adapt treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Document client interactions and maintain detailed records in compliance with best practices and organizational guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development through available training resources, enhancing your therapeutic skills and knowledge base.

Your primary clientele comprises pre-screened, stable individuals with low acuity mental health needs. This enables you to focus on providing effective therapeutic interventions without the stressors associated with high-risk cases. You'll be working with diverse populations across the country, allowing you to adapt your practice to meet varied cultural and psychological needs.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Note that we are unable to accept interns or those requiring supervision.
• Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate with team members.
• An unblemished professional record with absolutely no disciplinary actions on your license.

• Experience in delivering telehealth services is highly favorable, showing adaptability to virtual counseling modalities.
• Proficiency in case management and an understanding of various therapeutic techniques and approaches.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele, including different age groups and socio-economic backgrounds.

The compensation for this role is competitive, reflecting your professional expertise and commitment to excellent client care. Salary ranges from USD 50,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on your experience and hours worked. Beyond financial compensation, we offer enticing benefits:

• A monthly health care stipend for full-time employees to support your wellness.
• Part-time counselors can also earn up to $70,000 annually based on their caseload.
