Work Environment

Located in Victorville, California, our community health clinic operates in a remote work setting. This allows you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own home while still delivering impactful care to clients. Key Responsibilities

• Manage your client load by determining how many clients you wish to see, granting you the autonomy to create a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle.
• Utilize our marketing resources to enhance your practice’s visibility and grow your caseload effectively.
• Offer live and personalized support, ensuring both clinicians and clients feel streamlined in their therapy process.
• Automatically verify client insurance benefits to eliminate barriers to access and enable you to confidently see clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs and circumstances of each client.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to expand your practice’s methods and modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, addressing various mental health needs. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological challenges. We value a holistic approach and encourage our counselors to incorporate client strengths into their treatment plans, promoting recovery and resilience.

Qualifications

• An active and valid license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field.
• Proven ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored to individual client needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the development of meaningful therapeutic relationships.
• Commitment to ethical practices and a deep respect for diversity in all client interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community health clinic or a similar setting is beneficial.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to support remote patient care.
• Background in providing trauma-informed care or experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or families.

Compensation and Benefits

This part-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
