About The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Media and Information Services professionals to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on the target language media, broadcasting, publishing, and digital content environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic, high-quality scenarios that reflect editorial, production, reporting, audiovisual, and content management challenges across newsrooms, broadcast studios, digital media platforms, and creative production environments. Your expertise will help ensure AI systems understand and respond accurately within fast-paced and content-driven industries.

What Youโ€™ll Deliver
  • Design realistic Media and Information Services scenarios in the target language or English grounded in GCC operational contexts (e.g., newsroom coordination, video production workflows, editorial reviews, live broadcast operations, content planning, script development, media compliance, audiovisual troubleshooting)

  • Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for editorial decision-making, content analysis, production coordination, and communication tasks

  • Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, editorial quality, cultural appropriateness, and operational realism

  • Contribute to โ€œgold standardโ€ solutions reflecting best practices across the target locale journalism, broadcasting, digital media, and content production environments

Qualifications
  • Native-level of the target language with strong professional English proficiency

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Media, Broadcasting, Journalism, Content Production, Publishing, or Audiovisual Operations

  • Background in one or more relevant roles: Audio/Video Production, Editing, Film & Video Editing, Journalism, News Reporting, Content Production, Directing, Broadcast Operations, or Media Management

  • Strong understanding of editorial workflows, production processes, media standards, audience communication, and GCC media environments
