PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Lead all marketing initiatives for the company, including brand storytelling through photo and video production, social media management, public representation, and customer and vendor communications.   • Lead and oversee all marketing initiatives in alignment with company goals and the Director of Business Development
  • Conceptualize, produce, and edit high-quality photo and video content that represents the company’s brand identity
  • Create compelling hype videos for product launches, company milestones, trade shows, and recruiting efforts
  • Manage all aspects of video production including scripting, filming, editing, color grading, and post-production
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual brand language across all platforms and media
  • Oversee and manage all company social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and the company website
  • Develop platform-specific content strategies to grow audience engagement and follower base
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to maximize reach and impact
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and on-brand manner
  • Maintain and update the company website with current content, announcements, and media
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, community functions, and other public-facing opportunities
  • Speak on behalf of the company as needed, delivering confident and professional brand messaging
  • Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, vendors, and community partners
  • Design, write, and distribute a monthly newsletter to all customers and vendors
  • Curate relevant company news, product updates, industry insights, and upcoming events for newsletter content
  • Manage newsletter distribution list and track engagement metrics and feedback
  • Build and manage a content calendar aligned with business objectives and seasonal campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership to align messaging and timing
  • Manage marketing assets, archives, and brand resources
  • Stay current on marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activity
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, vendors, and team members

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:

Essential

  • 5–7 years of professional marketing experience at a large or rapidly growing company
  • Proven expertise in photo and video production, editing, and post-production (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to produce hype videos, brand films, and social content that drives engagement
  • Hands-on experience managing corporate social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and a company website
  • Strong public speaking skills with comfort representing a company in professional and public settings
  • Experience writing and producing professional newsletters or email marketing campaigns
  • Deep understanding of social media analytics, SEO best practices, and digital marketing metrics
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of brand voice
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, or equivalent)
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the marketing function
