We are seeking a dynamic weather communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-platform environment and is excited to help shape the future of weather coverage across broadcast, streaming, digital, mobile, and social platforms.

You’ll join a highly talented, collaborative weather team known for excellence, innovation, and deep community connection in one of the most unique forecasting environments in the world.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

What You’ll Do:
• Deliver accurate, compelling weather forecasts across television, streaming, digital, apps, and social platforms
• Create engaging weather storytelling tailored to different audiences and platforms
• Develop and host specialty weather programming and streaming content, including explainers, deep dives, severe weather coverage, and innovative digital-first formats
• Produce weather-related content for breaking coverage, enterprise reporting, and community impact storytelling
• Build visually compelling weather presentations through strong use of graphics, data visualization, and weather technology
• Edit and package digital weather content quickly and creatively for streaming and online audiences
• Collaborate closely with newsroom, digital, production, and weather teammates to innovate and elevate coverage
• Help grow audience engagement through fresh ideas, experimentation, and a strong understanding of evolving audience habits
