Job description

Vestmark's Training & Education team is looking for a motivated Video Production Coordinator Intern to help refresh our library of VestmarkONE (PTE) training videos to reflect the newly released UI.
Working closely with VP, Training and Education and the rest of the Training team, the intern will help plan, record, edit, and publish updated short-form training videos so that Vestmark's PTE Online Help video library accurately reflects the new UI. This is a hands-on, project-based internship ideal for a student interested in video production, instructional design, or education technology who wants real-world experience supporting a fast-moving enterprise software company.
Responsibilities
  • Review the existing PTE training video library identify which videos require updates due to UI changes.
  • Re-record and re-edit short-form training videos in the updated PTE Vogue environment, matching the tone, pacing, and structure of Vestmark's existing PTE Online Help video library.
  • Use screen-capture and video-editing tools to produce polished, consistent videos, including trimming, adding callouts/annotations, voiceover syncing, and captions.
  • Work with the Training team to prioritize which videos to tackle first, based on product area priority (e.g., commonly used monitors, trading workflows, account management) and upcoming client upgrades to UI.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, preferably in a field such as Communications, Film/Media Production, Instructional Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Basic experience with screen-recording and video-editing software (e.g., Camtasia or similar tools); comfortable learning new tools quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clean, consistent, professional-looking video content.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow structured scripts/outlines and take directions from subject matter experts.

Desired Skills
  • Prior coursework or hands-on experience with Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects, or similar editing software.
  • Interest in financial services, fintech, or enterprise SaaS products.
