Job Summary:
The Marketing Associate will provide critical support to the Marketing Manager and assist the Marketing Director with administrative tasks. This role focuses on creating and implementing content, managing promotional activities, conducting marketing audits, and generating traffic to boost sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented doer with strong project management and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with property teams and regional managers, ensuring that marketing campaigns run smoothly and meet the company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Support for Marketing Manager:
  • Content Creation & Video Production:
  • Create engaging digital content, including social media posts, community videos, and promotional materials to enhance property branding.
  • Assist in coordinating photo and video shoots for resident events, property tours, and marketing campaigns.

Event Coordination & Resident Engagement:
  • Plan and execute onsite resident retention events to drive community participation and improve retention.
  • Collaborate with property teams on creative resident appreciation initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Marketing Audits & Property Branding:
  • Conduct regular marketing audits at properties to ensure website functionality and branding consistency across signage, collateral, and digital platforms.
  • Provide actionable feedback to property teams to improve leasing materials and enhance the resident experience.

Lead Generation & Campaign Coordination:
  • Implement promotional activities such as social media ads, digital campaigns, and local partnerships to generate traffic and increase lead generation.
  • Collect and organize market research data, track competitor strategies, and provide insights to the Marketing Manager.
  • Assist in preparing sales performance and campaign results reports for regular updates to leadership

Administrative Support:
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for marketing strategy sessions and leadership meetings.
  • Handle vendor relations by tracking contracts, managing timelines, and ensuring service delivery.
  • Expense Management:
  • Assist in processing expense reports and tracking receipts.

Internal Communication & Process Improvement:
  • Develop templates and standardized processes for marketing reports and audits to streamline communication and reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of new initiatives.

Vendor & Contract Management:
  • Track vendor contracts and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of services and execution of agreements.
