Location: On-Site at NEW Gymreapers' HQ in Nampa, ID (20 mins outside of Boise, ID)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs)

Position Overview:
Gymreapers is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Graphic Designer to lead the visual branding efforts for our company. This position will be responsible for ensuring that all touch points of the brand consistently reflect the essence of Gymreapers. In this role, you will need a strong background in the Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in performance marketing and an understanding of best practices for conversion-driven design. The ideal candidate will excel at communicating design concepts, scaling product campaigns, and leading the creative production for multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development and Guidelines:
  • Assist Creative Director in developing and maintaining comprehensive brand visuals that encapsulate the Gymreapers identity and values.
  • Ensure consistent representation of the brand across all platforms and mediums.
  • Collaborate in developing new campaign ideas and concepts from start to finish, including creating mood boards, working with the video/photo team, influencing product designs, and crafting all necessary marketing assets to launch campaigns across various platforms.

Visual Execution and Consistency:
  • Working under our Creative Director, you will collaborate and inspire both internal and external production teams - working closely with the creative team to maintain brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure cohesive, consistent creative output.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including e-commerce, email, performance marketing, content, influencers, events, and product development.

Marketing Assets:
  • Leverage your creative expertise to bring campaigns to life across social media, performance marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Create multiple iterations of concepts for ad campaigns to test across our paid performance channels.
  • Create visuals for email marketing that match our brand and specific campaigns
  • Create assets to be used across our website for marketing campaigns (Site header, banners, landing pages, etc)
  • Contribute to the design of new product pages and layouts for our website, as well as Amazon Premium+ Pages.
  • Create designs for experiential events and displays
  • Assist in video production efforts, including motion graphics, basic video editing, and multimedia asset creation.
  • Develop in-store marketing assets to be displayed in wholesale retail; could include banners, wall sets, end cap displays, etc.

Process Improvement:
  • Optimize creative processes and file structures to enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to maintain organized tracking of all creative projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain an organized design workflow, managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Metrics and Analysis:
  • Understand and analyze performance marketing metrics to inform creative strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into Gymreapers' creative approach.

Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in the e-commerce, apparel, and fitness industries.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  • Motion graphics or video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects are a plus, but not required.
  • Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing scalable advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Self-driven with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
