A Video Deposition Specialist is responsible for setting up and operating video recording equipment during legal depositions, ensuring all technical aspects run smoothly. Daily tasks may include coordinating with attorneys, witnesses, and court reporters, troubleshooting equipment, managing audio quality, and securely storing video files according to legal requirements. Specialists may also be tasked with editing footage, creating annotated transcripts, and delivering final recordings to clients or legal teams.
