Job description

Nucar Auto Group is searching for a Social Media & Online Reputation Manager to strengthen the Nucar Brand while managing the company's online reputation across more than 25 dealership locations. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and technically-inclined with strong skills related to developing social media content, graphics, photography and video while monitoring customer reviews.
Primary Job Functions:
  • Create engaging social media content for Nucar's social media platforms, primarily supporting dealerships in Allentown, PA, New Castle, DE, and additional assigned locations.
  • Plan, produce, film, and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, including inventory features, promotional campaigns, weekly video series, dealership events, and branded content.
  • Design graphics and visual assets for social media, including promotional posts, stories, reels, event graphics, and other digital marketing materials while maintaining brand standards.
  • Capture high-quality photography of dealership inventory, employees, customer events, and dealership facilities for use across digital marketing platforms.
  • Edit and optimize photos and creative assets for social media, websites, and other digital channels.
  • Develop creative content calendars that align with marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas, formats, and best practices to maximize engagement.

Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years professional experience digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a related role.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and digital marketing analytics
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom (After Effects experience is a plus).
  • Experience creating engaging video, graphic, and photographic content for digital platforms.
  • Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
