Kaseya is the leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, serving Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide. Our comprehensive platform helps organizations efficiently manage, secure, and automate their IT environments, driving operational efficiency and long-term business success.
Backed by Insight Partners, a leading global software investor, Kaseya has experienced sustained double-digit growth and continues to expand its global footprint. Today, Kaseya supports customers in more than 20 countries and manages over 15 million endpoints worldwide.
Founded in 2000, Kaseya has built a culture centered around innovation, accountability, and results. We are a high-growth, high-performance organization that values individuals who are driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers and teammates alike.
At Kaseya, success comes from embracing challenges, moving with urgency, and continuously raising the bar.
Content Specialist, MSP Success
As an MSP Success content specialist, you will play a critical part in enabling MSP partners to grow revenue, improve go-to-market execution, and better leverage Kaseya solutions through high-quality content.
Our team creates marketing collateral for MSP owners and marketing teams to acquire SMB customers, content to inform MSPs through the MSP Success website and instructional content through Success Peer. Depending on the content being created, the target audience will be either Kaseya MSP partners and prospects, or the SMBs that are the MSPs' target audience.
As a content specialist on the MSP Success Content Team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering content across multiple initiatives and formats. This position offers the opportunity to create content that directly impacts the growth and success of MSP partners.
Success in this role is measured by timely and accurate delivery of content with minimal revisions necessary, content engagement metrics and overall quality of work.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute original, high-quality, engagement-driven content from concept to delivery
  • Ensure consistent tone, style and messaging across each content type (e.g., MSP Success Digital, MSP Success Peer and MSP Success website)
  • Translate complex technical or service information into clear, engaging language for the target audience.
  • Review and refine SME-created content for grammar, readability, accuracy, SEO and AI optimization (AIO), and compliance with brand voice guidelines and standards, where applicable.
  • Use CMS and workflow tools (e.g., MSP Success Partner Portal, WordPress, Asana, and AI-assisted content tools like ChatGPT or Gemini) to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay informed on social media, AIO and SEO trends, and content performance insights to guide continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate internally with Strategy, Creative, Digital and Peer teams to ensure content aligns with visual and functional best practices.
  • Collaborate externally with MSP partners in the content creation process where applicable.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a content marketing role (ideally in a B2B environment) with experience creating various types of written content such as gated downloadable resources, blogs or long-form articles, webinar decks and scripts, social media and ad copy, and video scripts
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising or communications or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ Written and verbal communication skills
  • 2+ Familiarity with AIO and SEO best practices

Preferred qualifications to thrive in this role
  • Ability to multitask and take on multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience creating partner-facing or enablement content
  • MSP or IT industry experience
  • Deep familiarity with cybersecurity/IT topics
