Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat to enhance clients' mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following educational and licensing requirements:

• Possession of an independent license issued by the relevant state board, which can include one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrated ability to make informed evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation.
• Exceptional interpersonal capabilities and a compassionate nature, essential for building trust with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital counseling platforms, empowering you to leverage online tools in your therapeutic practice.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are advantageous for this position:
