Our team combines deep cybersecurity expertise, operational rigor, and startup velocity to solve some of the internet's most urgent trust and safety challenges.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a creative, AI-forward Learning Experience Designer / Content Developer to help us build engaging, realistic, threat-informed training experiences.
This role is ideal for a learning developer, instructional designer, or content creator who wants room to get creative with training;someone who can turn complex security concepts into interactive, memorable, behavior-changing learning experiences. You'll design learning that goes beyond passive content: realistic scenarios, meaningful choices, branching interactions, gamification, simulations, video, animation, and AI-enhanced learning experiences.
You are excited by AI, not intimidated by it. You see AI as a way to prototype faster, generate better ideas, improve workflows, and create more engaging learning products. You are curious, experimental, and eager to push what digital learning can look like.
What We're Looking For
  • Design realistic, threat-informed training that helps learners recognize risks, make decisions, and change behavior.
  • Own learning content end-to-end, from needs analysis and objectives to writing, development, revision, and delivery.
  • Create engaging written modules, interactive scenarios, branching activities, knowledge checks, simulations, and multimedia learning assets.
  • Build learning experiences in Articulate Storyline and other content development tools.
  • Use gamification, learner choice, storytelling, and scenario-based design to make training more active and memorable.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments and analyze training requirements to determine the right learning solution.
  • Apply action mapping and learning outcome-driven design to connect training to real performance goals.
  • Experiment with AI tools for ideation, content drafting, prototyping, scenario generation, media creation, assessment design, and learner engagement.
  • Partner with subject matter experts, product, security, and creative teams to turn complex ideas into clear learning experiences.
  • Create or collaborate on video, animation, visuals, interactive media, and other content formats.
  • Continuously improve learning experiences based on feedback, learner needs, quality standards, and performance goals.

Role Requirements
  • Strong experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or eLearning content development.
  • Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline; experience with Rise or the broader Articulate 360 suite is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, learning objectives, and outcome-driven design.
  • Experience creating scenario-based, interactive, and gamified learning experiences.
  • Ability to write clear, engaging instructional content that supports behavior change.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, Synthesia, or other creative AI platforms.
  • Experience conducting learning needs assessments and analyzing training requirements.
  • Experience with video creation tools such as Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro, Descript, Synthesia, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving priorities.
  • Strong creativity and a desire to bring fresh ideas to training and content development.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to enhance learning design, delivery, production, and efficiency.
  • Ability to own content from concept to completion while staying aligned to learner needs and business goals.
  • A learner-first and teaching-philosophy-forward approach to design.

Nice to Haves
  • Experience designing cybersecurity, information security, security awareness, privacy, compliance, or risk-related training.
  • Experience working in a technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, startup, or fast-growth environment.
  • Experience with animation, motion graphics, graphic design, or visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
  • Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience for custom learning interactions
  • Strong visual design instincts.
