Western Tennessee System seeks additional Interventional Cardiologists to join its growing program at a 642-bed tertiary care facility, located between Memphis and Nashville, Tennessee.


Position Highlights:

  • Recruiting an Interventional Cardiologists (non-structural preferred or under 20% Structural)
  • $600K guaranteed base + call pay (~$75K) year one
  • Sign-on: $40K | Relocation: up to $10K | Loan Repayment: up to $120K
  • Productivity model after year one; top earners >$940K+
  • Strong volume: 15–20 cath cases/day, ~3,750 annually (300+ STEMIs)
  • 6 Cath Labs with advanced tech — Boston Scientific, Medtronic, Impella, Shockwave, etc.
  • Procedures include TAVR, Watchman, balloons, FFR/DFR, IVUS, guide catheters and more
  • No transplants or trauma
  • Team: 5 MDs / 5 APPs with EP and CV surgery support
  • EPIC EMR and hospitalist coverage for admissions
