When you join Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP), you're committing to making a difference. We make a commitment to you, too - helping you to find that spark, ignite your passion to serve, and embark on a career with meaning and purpose.
At WWP™, we recognize our mission cannot be accomplished without our talented teammates, which is why we're proud to offer benefits such as:

• Full medical, dental, and vision coverage for both teammates AND family members
• Competitive pay and performance incentives
• A fun, mission-focused, and collaborative team environment
A mission that matters is just the beginning, so if you're ready to get started, we're ready for you.
The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) Vice President of Institutional Giving is a senior fundraising leader responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to grow and diversify institutional revenue through corporate partnerships, foundation giving, workplace giving, sponsorships, peer-to-peer events, and other strategic funding opportunities. This position leads a nationally distributed team and oversees fundraising strategy, revenue performance, budget management, team development, and innovation. The VP collaborates with senior leaders, internal partners, and external stakeholders to secure transformational funding opportunities, strengthen WWP's position as a premier philanthropic partner, and drive sustainable revenue growth and long-term mission impact.
