Job description

Job Summary

As a Vice President on our Electronic Client Solutions (ECS) team in New York, you will cover quantitative and systematic clients end to end, aligning their objectives with our electronic execution capabilities across Global Cash Equities. You will leverage our global electronic trading platform — spanning algorithms, automated liquidity, data, analytics, and low‑latency execution — to deliver data‑driven performance management and cross‑functional leadership. This is a high‑impact role where client engagement and holistic solutions come together to create a differentiated client experience.

Job responsibilities
  • Work closely with quantitative and systematic clients to deliver holistic execution solutions across our suite of trading products
  • Build processes to measure and track key performance benchmarks and use execution data to optimize trading behaviors
  • Maintain regular dialogue with key trading and decision‑making personnel at client firms
  • Initiate and sponsor end‑to‑end projects with product, sales, technology, and legal partners to deliver electronic solutions
  • Be an integral member of the electronic coverage team, collaborating to provide a positive client experience
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 2+ years of experience on an equities electronic execution desk with a focus on systematic trading
  • Strong understanding of the US equity liquidity landscape, including alternative trading systems, exchange market structure, and market impact modeling
  • Ability to multi‑task in a high‑pressure environment and enthusiasm to take on new projects
  • Effectively partner with internal stakeholders (sales, trading, technology, legal, compliance) and external partners (clients, vendors)
  • Experience with automated execution products
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Prior technical experience with data and analytics reporting and platforms
  • Proficient in Python
