To thrive here, you should be energized by building, not just maintaining โ€” and excited to bring structure, clarity, and innovation to evolving spaces. Weโ€™re looking for team members who:

  • Build systems and processes from the ground up and improve them continuously as we scale.
  • Take ownership and act with a builderโ€™s mindset, bringing forward solutions rather than waiting for direction.

  • Move quickly, learn fast, and adapt with resilience, especially in a highโ€‘growth, highโ€‘impact environment.
  • Are missionโ€‘driven and motivated to leave their mark on an organization working to reverse the addiction crisis.
THE ROLE

Corporate leaders have an unprecedented opportunity to shape how America addresses addiction and behavioral health. Through philanthropy, employee engagement, workplace education, advocacy, and strategic collaboration, businesses can improve outcomes for employees and communities while advancing their own workforce and social impact priorities. Shatterproof is building the nation's premier corporate engagement platform to help companies become part of the solution.

The Vice President of Corporate & Strategic Partnerships is a newly created leadership role established to meet the growing opportunity for corporations to invest in Shatterproofโ€™s lifeโ€‘saving mission. As the senior leader responsible for building and scaling the corporate partnerships function, the VP will work with leadership to set the longโ€‘term enterprise vision and value proposition, revenue strategy, operating model, and growth trajectory for this critical revenue stream.

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer and serving as a key member of the Development leadership team, the Vice President will lead Shatterproofโ€™s multiโ€‘year corporate and strategic partnerships strategy to drive significant, diversified, and sustainable revenue growth. This executive will establish Shatterproof as a premier national partner for corporations seeking highโ€‘impact engagement in addiction prevention, treatment, recovery, and workplace behavioral health.

The Vice President will own the full corporate partnership lifecycleโ€”including market strategy, pipeline development, executive relationship management, partnership negotiation, revenue generation, and longโ€‘term portfolio growth. Working in close partnership with the Vice President, Corporate Impact Partnerships, this leader will connect corporate priorities with innovative missionโ€‘driven engagement opportunities while remaining accountable for revenue growth and partner expansion.

This is a highโ€‘impact opportunity to build and scale a national corporate partnerships platform with significant longโ€‘term growth potential.
