Job description

Vice President of Social Enterprises
UCP Seguin is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Social Enterprises to lead and grow our mission-driven business ventures. This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing operations, financial performance, strategic planning, marketing, and business development across multiple social enterprises that create employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee all social enterprise operations and growth initiatives
  • Develop and execute business strategies to increase revenue and community impact
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency
  • Build partnerships with businesses, community organizations, and stakeholders
  • Supervise and develop leadership teams and staff
  • Identify and launch new business opportunities aligned with UCP Seguin's mission
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to expand employment and training opportunities for individuals with disabilities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in business operations, retail, nonprofit management, social enterprise, or related field
  • Strong financial, strategic planning, and team leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Valid Illinois Driver's License and reliable transportation required
