Vice President, Commercial Lending  | $135-170K + Bonus | Direct Hire | Onsite
Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Vice President – Commercial Services to grow commercial relationships, manage a lending portfolio, and develop new business within the Sioux Falls market. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven commercial lender who enjoys business development, credit analysis, and helping businesses find the right financial solutions.

What You Will Do
  • Develop new commercial lending and deposit relationships
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective business clients
  • Evaluate borrower financials, creditworthiness, and lending needs
  • Structure and negotiate commercial lending solutions
  • Prepare credit recommendations and supporting financial analysis
  • Manage an existing portfolio, including renewals, reviews, and modifications
  • Monitor credit quality and identify opportunities to expand relationships

What You Need
  • 5+ years of commercial lending or banking experience
  • Strong knowledge of commercial credit, underwriting, and lending

  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
