  • Serve as the senior operational liaison between IQVIA and the customer's clinical development organization.
  • Lead the preferred provider partnership by shaping strategic resourcing models and identifying opportunities to deepen collaboration.
  • Mobilize global IQVIA teams to anticipate customer needs, align delivery priorities, and strengthen partnership value.
  • Drive year-over-year organic growth, expand customer market share, and sustain high levels of client satisfaction.

  • Ensure high-quality delivery across Global Product Development by aligning resources, sharing best practices, and strengthening customer confidence.
  • Lead portfolio-level risk management across the customer's clinical development programs.
  • Track and optimize RDS and RWLP delivery performance in partnership with global business unit teams.

Commercial & Financial Leadership

  • Partner with Sales, Global Business Operations, and account leadership on financial tracking, LSFR activity, and strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Own achievement of annual net revenue targets of $100M+ at targeted profitability levels.
  • Apply strong financial acumen to pricing, margin management, investment decisions, and long-term account planning.

People Leadership & CrossFunctional Influence

  • Lead and mentor global teams across Quality, Data Management, Lifecycle Safety, delivery operations, and other key functions.
  • Establish goals, delegate effectively, and elevate team capability through coaching, accountability, and performance focus.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders across geographies and functions.
  • Orchestrate matrix teams to ensure alignment with customer strategy, IQVIA best practices, and operational commitments.

What We're Looking For

  • Deep expertise in clinical development, clinical operations, and global delivery models.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and biotechnology business models, development priorities, and operational challenges.
  • 15-20 years of experience in pharma, biotech, CRO, clinical operations, commercial, business development, project management, data management, laboratory, or pre-clinical environments.
  • Proven success in senior client management, strategic partnership development, and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong matrix leadership capability with cultural agility across global teams and complex client environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results aligned with customer expectations, company objectives, financial goals, and quality standards.
  • Solid financial analysis skills, including margin management, revenue planning, and strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to design and execute strategic and tactical customer plans that translate priorities into measurable outcomes.

What We Offer

At IQVIA, you will join a global organization focused on helping customers solve complex healthcare challenges through clinical research services, commercial insights, healthcare intelligence, advanced analytics, technology, and deep domain expertise.
