Role Overview

The Vice President leads the strategic and operational direction for a regional portfolio of shopping centers, ensuring an exceptional customer journey and maximizing long-term asset value. This role combines visionary leadership with hands-on execution to deliver best-in-class experiences for shoppers, retailers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and implement portfolio strategies that align with company objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Drive initiatives that elevate asset performance, strengthen tenant partnerships, and create engaging environments for guests.
  • Translate organizational priorities into actionable plans that deliver measurable results.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee all aspects of property operations, ensuring seamless experiences across maintenance, security, and marketing touchpoints.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards while embedding sustainability and innovation into daily operations.
  • Introduce technology-driven solutions and cost-optimization strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to amplify brand presence and enrich the customer journey.

Financial Stewardship

  • Develop and manage annual budgets and business plans to support portfolio objectives.
  • Maximize income and optimize expense targets

Risk Management & ESG

  • Anticipate and mitigate operational and financial risks through proactive planning.

Prior Experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experiencein property management, asset management, or retail real estate operations.
  • Proven track record ofmanaging large, complex portfoliosand delivering measurable financial and operational results.
  • Expertise inbudgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight, with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Demonstrated success intenant relationsand driving customer-centric initiatives.
