Location: Green Bay Loan Production Office

Schedule: Full-time, with occasional evening and community event participation.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Five or more years of commercial lending and relationship management experience required.

As a Vice President, Commercial Banker, you'll be responsible for growing, developing, managing, and retaining a portfolio of commercial relationships while serving as a trusted financial advisor to business clients.


Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing a high-quality commercial loan portfolio.
  • Identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and attract new business.
  • Monitoring portfolio performance and maintaining sound credit quality.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor by understanding each client's financial goals and providing strategic banking solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal partners to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Mentoring and supporting emerging talent within the commercial banking team.
  • Representing the organization through active involvement in community organizations, networking events, and business development activities.
  • Contributing to the continued success of our organization as we prepare for our transition to Landmark Credit Union.
