What are we looking for?

The Regional Vice President (RVP), Sales is responsible for driving new revenue opportunities within the assigned Third Party, maximizing strategic partnerships, and executing short term and long-term business plans. The RVP provides proactive vision care solutions and outstanding customer service while building client relationships that lead to retention, growth, and targeted profitability.

Where you will have an impact

  • Pursue new sales and growth opportunities and drive overall revenue growth within assigned third party clients
  • Update third party client’s sales teams, client management, and other internal stakeholders on the status of new and potential deals
  • Maintain knowledge base of third-party clients’ marketplace as it relates to segmentation, bundling, competition, growth opportunities, pricing, underwriting, sales contests, broker incentives, etc.; Report accordingly to Versant Health third party commercial leadership
  • Serve as an ongoing liaison and consultant with third party clients through meetings, calls (live/video), presentations, training (product/competition/pricing), etc.
  • Partner with Versant Health third party Client Management team and attend scheduled internal and external renewal meetings
  • Oversee and coordinate all necessary information for renewing clients, including but not limited to discovery meeting summaries, P&L performance, and overall relationship status
  • Partner with Versant Health third party SVP, Sales to reach multiple levels of client leadership to maximize relationships: C-Suite and executive/senior levels
  • Maintain assigned KPI’s and third-party client records within Sales Force by generating weekly reports for third party leadership: RFP pipeline, reported sales revenue (custom / partner reported), sales activity (meetings / calls), etc.
  • Travel 25-50% of the time as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
