We are seeking an experienced and hands-on VP, Revenue Operations to lead the Revenue Operations function. This individual will partner closely with Subscription Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product & Technology, and Executive Leadership to drive forecasting accuracy, operational excellence, data integrity, sales productivity, and revenue growth. This highly visible leadership role requires a strategic operator who can balance long-term thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring the organization has the processes, systems, insights, and support needed to achieve its goals.

This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office, with regular in-office expectations.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future. Candidates must be within commuting distance of our New York City office. Relocation assistance is not available.

The ideal candidate Is:

  • A collaborative and influential partner who builds strong relationships across Subscription Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product & Technology, and Executive Leadership.
  • Hands-on, execution-oriented, and passionate about driving measurable business outcomes through process improvement, data quality, project management and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Revenue Operations function and drive execution against key organizational goals related to revenue attainment, forecast accuracy, CRM data quality, sales productivity, sales tech stack, reporting and analytics, and territory and quota planning.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to drive achievement of subscription revenue targets through effective forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and operational execution.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous forecast inspection and pipeline review processes to improve forecast accuracy, identify risks early, and support executive decision-making.
  • Ensure Salesforce and related systems serve as trusted sources of truth by driving CRM governance, data quality, reporting accuracy, and process compliance.
  • Deliver timely, actionable reporting and business insights that enable leaders to identify opportunities, address performance gaps, and improve revenue outcomes.
  • Optimize the revenue technology stack, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Clay, Gong, UserGems and other sales tools, by improving adoption, automating manual processes, and identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and seller productivity.
  • Lead territory, quota, commission, account assignment, and lead routing processes to ensure fair coverage, alignment with business priorities, and a positive seller experience.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Subscription Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product & Technology, and Executive Leadership to align revenue operations strategies, processes, project management and performance metrics.
  • Manage and develop the Revenue Operations team while driving accountability against key objectives related to forecast accuracy, data quality, reporting excellence, sales productivity, and revenue growth.
Desired Skills & Experience:
  • 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Operations, or related leadership roles
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing Revenue Operations or Sales Operations teams within a B2B subscription, SaaS, research, media, information services, or similar environment
  • Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, CRM governance, project management, territory planning, commission plans and sales analytics.
  • Advanced Salesforce experience required; experience with Salesloft, Gong, and AI driven business intelligence tools, and revenue technology platforms strongly preferred
  • Experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing revenue technology platforms, workflow automation, and sales productivity tools
  • Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership and driving measurable business outcomes
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and competencies)
  • This role is eligible for a performance-based bonus (to be discussed during initial interview)
