Champions First Credit Union is hiring an energetic individual to join their team as the Vice President of Retail Operations. This position is the head of all operational functions for the credit union and is responsible for overseeing all the retail functions of the organization, including oversight of all branches. Working closely with the EVP/CFO, the VP of Retail Operations will oversee the retail member experience and the credit union’s branch network, including optimizing the functions of branch staff as the membership increasingly uses digital banking options.
