Responsibilities:
  • Project managing various processes including preparing and reviewing the quarterly earnings release and supporting external-facing deliverables
  • Conceptualizing, leading, and overseeing the company's participation in investor and analyst events such as conferences, meetings, non-deal roadshows
  • Monitoring analyst research and reviewing analyst estimates
  • Finalize quarterly documents (releases, scripts, Q&A, etc.)
  • Compile disclosures
  • Manage team, reviewing reporting and documents to ensure client-ready content

Requirements:
  • 6-9 years prior IR agency experience
  • Experience managing teams
  • Expert of finance, financial statements and public company reporting requirements
  • Ability to lead client's financial communication strategy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Diligent attention to detail
  • Preferably, exposure to / experience with CRM and Financial Research Systems including Ipreo and Thomson Reuters Eikon
  • Bachelor's degree
