  • Contribute to full-stack development, partnering with frontend teams (Angular/React) to deliver seamless user experiences

  • Provide technical leadership by guiding engineers on system design, cloud architecture, and modern engineering practices

  • Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions in collaboration with Product and Business stakeholders

  • Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, system reliability, and maintainability

  • Drive integration of Generative AI capabilities, including LLM-based solutions, into platform architecture

  • Build and optimize production systems, improving observability, reliability, and deployment processes

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior capacity.

  • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot

  • Hands-on experience designing high-throughput, distributed systems

  • Experience building event-driven architectures (Kafka, Redpanda, EventBridge, or similar)

  • Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and relational databases

  • Experience with AWS cloud services and modern DevOps practices

  • Strong understanding of system design, performance optimization, and scalability

Preferred Qualifications
