Job description

General Responsibilities:
The Project Administrator executes the core administrative workflows for assigned projects. A core responsibility of the role is pricing, submittals, budgeting, and ordering while ensuring accuracy and timeliness under the direction of the Vice President and/or Project Administration Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare project pricing, submittals, and budgets following established templates and processes.
  • Place and track material orders, and maintain ordering and pricing logs.
  • Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and budget tracking.
  • Coordinate with Estimating, Project Management, and vendors on project needs.
  • Review work for accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Support sample ordering and inventory as needed.
  • Follow standard processes and escalate exceptions to the Vice President / Project Administration Manager.
  • Assist with departmental projects and process improvements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the project administration function and business needs.

Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of administrative, coordination, or data-entry experience (construction a plus).
