Moloco Ads is an AI-powered platform that delivers real business outcomes for mobile app marketers through performance-based user acquisition. Moloco Commerce Media enables retailers and marketplaces to build revenue-generating ad businesses that balance user experience and advertiser performance.
Moloco is headquartered in Silicon Valley, with offices in Seattle, New York, San Francisco, Seoul, Beijing, Singapore, Gurgaon, Tokyo, Shanghai, London, Tel Aviv, and Berlin.
Moloco is a truly rewarding place to work and in an exciting period of growth, which you could be a part of. Join us today and apply now!
The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:
We're looking for a VP of Product Marketing to lead product marketing across all of Moloco's product areas and at the company level.
Moloco's products are built on machine learning that delivers real, measurable performance, and the story deserves telling at that same level. In this role, you will own how our products are named, positioned, and explained to the market: from simple, clear company-level messaging to deeply technical storytelling that earns the respect of performance marketers and engineers alike. You will build the product marketing function's operating model, integrate it into how we build and launch products, and establish Moloco as the authority in AI-driven advertising.
You will report directly to the CMO and serve on the marketing leadership team, leading a team of product marketers and partnering closely with product, GTM, and the shared marketing functions.
The Opportunity:
Own Positioning, Messaging, and Enablement
  • Own product naming, positioning, messaging, and enablement across all surfaces, for every product area and at the company level, so sellers, customers, and the market repeat our language back to us.

Integrate Product Marketing into the Product Lifecycle
  • Integrate product marketing into the product development lifecycle at the optimal points, so market and customer insight shapes what we build and how we launch it.
  • Develop the product marketing processes and frameworks the company runs on: positioning alignment, launch planning, messaging standardization, and other key processes.

Own Content, Thought Leadership, and Product Storytelling
  • Own Moloco's content and thought leadership strategy and execution, including content partnerships, data reports, case studies, the external product roadmap, and educational content.
  • Develop a model for product storytelling, product launches, technical blog posts, and external product updates; delivered across multiple channels, including social media.
  • Own and evolve the Moloco website as the front door to our positioning and products.

Partner with GTM and Product Teams
  • Partner with GTM and product teams on market analysis, competitive analysis, and voice-of-customer insights.
  • Manage segment-based product marketing for key customer and geographic audiences.

Lead Product Marketing and Represent Moloco Externally
  • Build and lead a high-performing product marketing organization, and serve as a strategic voice on the marketing leadership team.
  • Speak publicly on Moloco products, industry trends, and AI advertising best practices.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?
  • You have 12+ years of marketing experience, including senior product marketing leadership at an enterprise technology company.
  • You have deep product marketing domain expertise, including fluency with PMM frameworks, organization models, and models for integrating product marketing into the product lifecycle, ideally across a multi-product portfolio rather than a single product line.
  • You have deep fluency with digital advertising, performance marketing, and the broader ad ecosystem (measurement, attribution, privacy, supply), and are credible with performance marketers and technical buyers.
  • You have range: you move fluently between simple, differentiated company-level positioning and deeply technical product marketing and storytelling, without losing accuracy in either direction.
  • You have built the operating system of a product marketing function: launch tiers, alignment rituals, messaging standards; that outlasted you, and you earn a seat at the product table early enough to shape roadmap and launch decisions.
  • You have built and run a content and thought leadership program end to end, including partnerships and data-driven flagship reports, with a track record of turning customer results into case studies and proof points that sales and the market actually use.
  • You have designed a model for product storytelling: cadence, tiers, channels, owners - not just executed individual launches, and you understand how product stories travel across owned, earned, and social channels.
  • You have owned and evolved a company website as a strategic asset, not just a publishing queue.
  • You add leverage to teams, like GTM, that own market analysis, competitive insight, and enablement motions, rather than competing for control, and you've adapted product marketing for distinct customer segments and geographies without forking the core positioning.
  • You have built and led a high-performing product marketing organization, developing talent and creating leverage rather than absorbing it, and you're comfortable and compelling on stage and in industry forums.
  • You are curious about AI and use AI tools in your everyday work.
  • You stay steady under ambiguity, scoping it into a plan and keeping work moving without waiting for certainty.

You can apply for this role through our Open Positions page (or through our Internal Job Board if you are a current employee).
