- Develop and implement a multi-year strategy for retail pharmacy growth, operational efficiency, and enhanced patient satisfaction.
- Streamline processes in the Pharmacy Call Center and Central Fill operations to improve patient experiences.
- Design and manage workflows to ensure efficiency and responsiveness to patient needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement initiatives that increase patient access, prescription volume, and financial sustainability.
- Develop standardized processes to improve care coordination across pharmacy services.
- Ensure alignment with HRSA grant requirements and compliance as an RW/HRSA grantee.
- Leverage information systems and technology to enhance patient outcomes and business performance.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Represent Legacy at conferences and meetings, serving as a speaker or panelist when needed.
- Support Legacy's mission and goals through additional duties as assigned.
