Description
XTEND is seeking a visionary and high-impact VP Operations to spearhead our U.S. operational infrastructure. As we scale our advanced drone solutions for Defense, Law Enforcement, and HLS, you will be responsible for building and optimizing a world-class operational engine. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the end-to-end supply chain, production, and back-office functions, ensuring our U.S. site operates with peak efficiency while maintaining seamless alignment with our Global HQ in Israel.
Your Mission:
  • Strategic Oversight: Lead and optimize all U.S. operational pillars, including procurement, logistics, quality assurance, and production.
  • Global-Local Bridge: Serve as the critical liaison between the U.S. team and Israel-based global functions (Finance, IT, HR), ensuring a unified organizational culture and operational standard.
  • Operational Strategy: Design and execute strategies that support rapid scaling, cost-efficiency, and rigorous compliance.
  • P&L & Performance: Drive operational excellence to meet revenue goals and production milestones.

What You'll Do:
  • Operational Leadership: Provide executive-level leadership, fostering a culture of accountability and coordination between local teams and Global HQ.
  • Production Excellence: Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous process improvements to maximize output and quality.
  • Supply Chain Management: Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, ensuring a resilient, cost-effective, and scalable supply chain.
  • Corporate Alignment: Act as the local representative for global Finance, HR, and IT, ensuring all U.S. activities align with XTEND's global policies and procedures.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations meet stringent local and international regulations (including ITAR/EAR where relevant).

Requirements
  • Experienced Leader: 10+ years of progressive experience in Operations and Supply Chain Management (with at least 5 years in a leadership role).
  • Manufacturing Expert: Proven track record in leading and optimizing complex manufacturing and logistics operations.
  • Strategic Problem Solver: A high-level thinker who can navigate complex operational bottlenecks and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Effective Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across different time zones and cultures.
