What You'll Do

The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Adena Regional Medical Center (Hospital) directs the Hospital's financial planning, operations finance initiatives, and strategic finance initiatives. This position actively collaborates with accounting, revenue cycle, financial planning, hospital operations and clinical leadership, and Adena Health System (System) leadership in furtherance of the clinical, operational, and financial goals and initiatives. The AVP is expected to be the authority regarding operations finance in a full-service acute care Medicare PPS facility, and able to clearly communicate and lead others with respect to operations finance matters.

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • De-escalation training within 6 months.
  • 5-10 years of prior financial management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
