Regional VP, Operations - West Region

The Regional VP, Operations is responsible for overall operations of multiple hospitals within a region. This position is accountable for planning organizing and directing the hospitals to ensure that quality patient care is provided and that the financial integrity of the hospital is maintained. The Regional VP, Operations ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as all policies and procedures set forth by the Governing Board and Medical Staff, and those required by Joint Commission standards.

The Regional VP, Operations is responsible for creating an environment and culture that enables the hospitals to fulfill their mission by meeting or exceeding its goals, holding staff accountable for performance, and motivating staff to improve.

This position will support cultural diversity by ensuring that the delivery of quality, equitable and culturally competent patient-centered care is provided; and promoting and maintaining an inclusive work environment and culture that is respectful and accepting of diversity.
