Complete Care Management is seeking a driven, strategic, and results-oriented Vice President of Business Development to lead growth initiatives across our Connecticut region, supporting 8 skilled nursing facilities. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, driving census growth, and developing strong regional strategies.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and execute regional business development strategies to drive census and revenue growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, referral sources, physicians, and community partners

  • Oversee and mentor facility-level admissions and marketing teams

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and referral patterns to identify opportunities

  • Partner closely with Regional and Facility leadership to align clinical and operational goals with growth initiatives

  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including occupancy, payer mix, and referral conversion rates

  • Represent Complete Care at networking events, industry functions, and community outreach initiatives

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in healthcare business development, preferably in skilled nursing or post-acute care

  • Strong leadership background managing multiple sites or a region
