Vice President Operational Risk Jobs in Davidson, NC

Sodexo Government is seeking a qualified leader for the Vice President, Food Operations for our prestigious client, the U.S. Marine Corps, in NC, SC, VA/DC. This position will have responsibilities and oversite for the food program of $120M Revenue.

50% travel throughout region--need to be stationed near the 3 bases or within a 4 hour driving distance of Beaufort, SC, Jacksonville, NC or Frederickburg, VA

Provides strategic vision and direction, leading organization or its business function. Oversees area of responsibility, directing the responsibilities of employees. Holds management accountability for a business, division, major geography, corporate function or major corporate sub-function. Develops, establishes and approves long-term vision and strategy for the area managed. Goal achievement is typically accomplished through performance of direct and / or indirect reports. The scope of responsibility includes the entire organization and / or selected line of business / business entity.

Pay Range: $156230 - $202180

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

• Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Management Experience: 10 years
• Related Experience: 10 years
